5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship within Canada and the United States. International shipping availability may vary.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the personal hygiene nature of our products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.

All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No brand name or product description will appear on the exterior.
Your billing statement will reflect a neutral business name to protect your privacy.
